Really quick and easy ordering and delivery. It turned up on the day with no issues. The tree was the right height and a good shape. Like most real trees it had one side not quite as good as the others but it was generally nice and even. It did drop quite a lot of needles, more so than previous trees we've had (we did have water in the stand and top it up). But on the whole a really good experience and we will order again for 2024. Lovely tree - perfectly bushy and with a great festive smell. Ended up being delivered on the Sunday as I think they were over optimistic regarding how many trees could be delivered on the Saturday. However I was phoned and asked if this would be a problem and the chap was very courteous and apologetic. Tree arrived on the Sunday morning as agreed over the phone.
