the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and

agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our

website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

All orders are shipped by our internal staff locally. If you have any issues with your delivery you can contact us directly by using our Contact Page.

  1. Shipping Costs

We provide free shipping with all our items within a 11 miles radius of Farnham, Surrey.

  1. Delivery Terms

You will find a postal code checker on our shopping cart page, here you will be able to specify the location postcode for delivery and will be confirmed if you are eligible. We deliver within 25km of Guildford, Surrey.

Once you have confirmed your postcode and passed eligibility you’ll be able to select an available delivery date. Your order will be delivered on your requested date unless we contact you to make an alteration. 

3.1 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.1 Unsuccessful Delivery 

In the circumstances that we attempt to deliver your order and we do not get an answer, we will leave your order in a safe place. Photographic evidence will be taken which will include the location, timestamp and items left. You (the customer) are responsible for the goods from that point onwards. 

  1. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
